Amgen Scholars Program Project

Using topological analysis on the neuronal activity in the visual cortex

  • model is the analytical model + topological analysis tools
  • data is the folder with experimental data
  • numerial is the numerical model by Loek
  • PopulationSampling is the notebook with the topological analysis of data produced by the analytical model
  • TuningCurves is the notebook that plots single tuning curves for the model
