# Amgen Scholars Program Project

_Using topological analysis on the neuronal activity in the visual cortex_

- `model` is the analytical model + topological analysis tools
- `data` is the folder with experimental data
- `numerial` is the numerical model by Loek
- `PopulationSampling` is the notebook with the topological analysis of data produced by the analytical model
- `TuningCurves` is the notebook that plots single tuning curves for the model
- `AnalyzeExp` is the analytics of experimental data
